Seriously, how often is it in life that the lowest price also turned out to be the best selection of materials, the best service, and the best quality? Almost never, right? With Closet Solutions, we got everything. My wife and I needed 4 new closets for our brand new home, and after getting quotes from CS, California Closets, and Closet Factory, it was a really easy decision. We thought we would have to compromise on selection of modern stuff to get the best price, but CS actually had WAY more choices of finish than the other 2, and were 30% less than Closet Factory and 50% less than California Closets. And the installation was done in a single day, with expert cut outs for outlets and light switches. Ronald is a kick ass designer and not too pushy; he actually listens to what you’re saying and steers you in the right direction. Scott the owner is super easy to deal with as well. Closet Solutions is phenomenal and we had a superb experience from beginning (with the quoting process) to the end (checking in after the project was completed).

Our point of contact was Alzbeta F. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and both big-picture and detailed-minded. She arrived at our home to discuss our project, provide us with design options, and take measurements; and she treated us like we were her only client. She didn’t rush through the process, took her time to answer all of our questions and asked very good ones of her own (touching on things we didn’t even think about beforehand but were so important to consider to make sure the project would be done flawlessly). In addition, she is just a really positive person with great energy and very enjoyable to be around because she is warm, engaging, and kind.

She then sent several versions of design options for our custom closet and took special care of every single detail since our closet space had some weird asymmetrical features. We asked for the project to be started and finished in a very small window because of when escrow was closing and when we wanted to move in; and she was able to accommodate us with no problem.

The installer that put our closet together physically was extremely professional, hard working, and represented the company well, just like Alzbeta. We were amazed at the final product, the closet represented everything we hoped it would be. It is a very high-end closet for a reasonable price, and we have had multiple real estate agents and developers see our closet and tell us that they felt it was a model for what they should see in all custom homes.
